The social conflict as a consequence of absence of the state policyHolub: Yushchenko will order National Bank to find money for elections
It is quite real that the Central Election Committee can borrow money for the elections from the National Bank of Ukraine.
Communist Party deputy Oleksandr Holub told IMC commenting on the opinion of the Party of Regions on that the CEC can appeal to the NBU with the request to allot means for holding the elections.
"The latest actions of Yushchenko hardly correspond with the Constitution and the legislation in force. Yushchenko understands that BYuT will not let him to pass the decision through the parliament. That's why he can order the National Bank to pay necessary sum of money," the politician noted.
Speaking about whether such steps are legal, Holub underlined that under the current situation when the parliament is dismissed there are no political forces which can appeal such decision.
